Approved Stall Specifications
Stalls across Halls 02 & 03 include basic furnishing, lighting, SMEDA fascia branding, and display arrangements:

Micro Enterprise Compact Stall: Approx. 6 × 6 ft • PKR 10,000 (Up to 50 Micro exhibitors).

Small / Medium Standard Stall: Approx. 10 × 10 ft • PKR 20,000 (Up to 150 Small/Medium exhibitors).

Targeted Participation Support: PKR 45,000 support available to eligible selected Micro or Women enterprises operating outside Lahore.

Dates & Venue: 15–17 January 2027 • Lahore Expo Centre, Halls 2 & 3.
Official Allocation Policy
SMEDA Evaluation
Merit-Based Allocation
As per SMEDA's published guidelines, individual stall placements and hall allocations are determined strictly by SMEDA's evaluation process:

No Self-Selection: Applicants cannot choose their stall location or demand a larger stall later.

Cluster Representation: Exhibitors across all 24 priority manufacturing clusters will be notified of their confirmed stall numbers and designated hall zones after selection.

Exhibitor Instructions: Confirmed exhibitors will receive official setup instructions, badges, and operating arrangements directly from SMEDA Secretariat.
